MeetYourMakers has cashed in their first big win, at their first big international event.

The former Begrip squad was set on stage at Global Challenge Dubai, to face fnatic in their first match. The match had some starting problems, as the stage PC’s were freeze-lagging. The match did go live, seeing MYM start as T.

Playing well on dust2 before, fnatic once again played a fair CT side, taking six rounds against the nine going to MYM. Switching to CT, MYM kept the phase they had build up in first half. Even great play by fnatic’s Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg and Rasmus "Gux" Ståhl, could not stop MYM from claiming victory at the score 16-9.

The final score of the match turned out to be 19-11 in favor of MYM, who now have three points while fnatic is still to cash in their first points in Dubai. MYM will be up against WeMade FOX in their next match, while fnatic will play Alternate.
